Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

  1. Pat chicken dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.

2. Make the Sauce

  2. Reserve ½ cup of pasta water before draining.

4. Combine Everything

  1. Slice the cooked chicken and return it to the skillet. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  2. Add the cooked pasta and toss until coated in sauce.
  3. Adjust sauce consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
